Just-released report names Cannabis Stock of the Year for 2019! Their last pick has seen a +1,200% return since he released it!

Rumors are hitting the market regarding defects in Samsung’s (KRX: 005930) new smartphone, the Galaxy Note 4. The oversized device did not receive much appreciation from the market as consumers posted photos of the gap between the display panel and the frame of the mobile device showing defects. This Wednesday however, the company reported that there was no sign of defects at all, hence completely denying any sort of news that has been floating the market.

The electronics giant which had been teasing competitor Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) regarding their bending of the new iPhone, reported that complaints against its Galaxy Note 4 had no grounds. The tech giants are getting at each other’s throats with defects of the others devices.

With the phablets sale in South Korea and China starting this Friday, consumers posted pictures online which showed how a business card was able to slip between the phone’s frame and display panel. This leakage sent the market spinning as both the tech giants are now facing the failure of their new launches with news regarding defects.

Consumers are being warned that the device may fail because dirt may be collected in the device through its gaps and somewhere reports have said that fluid may also enter the device. The market is rattling with increases in consumer complaints and the South Korean tech giant stated that the gap in its phone was natural and had no effect on the functionality of the device or its quality. The company reported that the gap was just a basic design in the mobile device and nothing else.

Samsung (KRX: 005930) assured its customers that the Galaxy Note 4 meets the manufacturing as well as the quality standards of the company. A spokesman of the company added that the model went through various tests regarding water resistance and dirt protection. The company came out successful in these tests thus proving negative for any sort of defects.

The oversized mobile device is vital for the company as it entered the Chinese market prior to the launches of iPhone 6 and 6 Plus. As competition is intense in the market the phone has no room to fail. Samsung (KRX: 005930) was the pioneer in the market with its phablet size being somewhere in the middle. The “phablet” devices introduced by it were sized between a smartphone tablet computer and a smartphone and from that they have come a long way.

Samsung (KRX: 005930) and Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) have been at it for quite some time in order to dominate the international smartphone market. There have been instances where they have sued each other for violations in patents and advertising which were highly offensive to the other. Now, both companies are in the same boat; fighting for their new phones survival.

Recently, there was an ad that Samsung (KRX: 005930) made where it showed a bent phone compared to a straight one. Its catch line stated that one should bend to the worthy ones. Apple (NASDAQ:AAPL) is yet to counter this attack.
