Even though users can easily share their pictures using their mobile phones and apps, but with this increase use of these devices and apps, privacy of the user has become quite a concern. Users want to limit the people who can view their content along with the duration for which their shared content can be viewed. To cater to this need new apps are being created by the developers. One such app has been created by Pierre Legrain by the name of Twitter Spirit that deletes Tweets automatically after a certain period. Legrain says that most of these security apps are related to private messages.
However, there is a need to create apps that will allow the user to more strictly secure their content, especially when it comes to older posts. Another useful app is iPhone’s Secret.li that enables the users to capture photos and post them on Facebook with the guarantee that this shared photo will get auto-deleted after an hour, week or even day.
